3.3. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
3.4. Prozo.co.uk UK reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.
3.5. We will contact the winner within 7 days from the raffle close. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, the winner forfeits the prize. A new winner will be chosen through a live draw.

11.DRAW PROCESS AND RAFFLE COMPLETION TERMS
11.1 The winner will be selected at random on the same day the raffle closes, during a live draw broadcast on Facebook.
11.2 The raffle will be considered successful if at least 50% of the available tickets are sold. If the raffle is unsuccessful, the value of purchased tickets will be refunded as site credit to participants’ wallets, with a bonus multiplier of 1.5x applied.

Syndicate Lotto Bidding
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Syndicate Lotto Bidding, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid account on our website.
- Be a legal resident in a country where lottery participation is allowed by law.
2. How the Syndicate Lotto Bidding Works
- Participants in the syndicate will pool their funds together to place bids on lottery tickets for a specific draw.
- Each participant will contribute an agreed amount towards the purchase of the lottery tickets. The total funds collected will be used to purchase tickets for one or more lottery draws, depending on the syndicate’s objective.
- Syndicate tickets will be purchased in a group, and winnings, if any, will be split according to the number of shares each participant holds in the syndicate.
3. Syndicate Shares
- Each participant will receive a certain number of shares in the syndicate based on their contribution.
- The more shares a participant holds, the larger their portion of any winnings from the syndicate’s tickets.
4. Ticket Selection
- Ticket numbers shown on the page and on the confirmation email sent to you after purchasing a ticket. You can compare these draw lines to the winning numbers after National lottery announcement.
- We are not responsible for any errors in ticket selection.
5. Winnings and Payouts
- Any winnings from the syndicate’s tickets will be distributed proportionally to each participant based on their share in the syndicate.
- Winnings will be paid to your wallet within 14 days after the lottery draw results are confirmed.
- You are able to withdraw from the wallet when you wallet total exceeds £10.
6. Payment and Billing
- Payment for your participation must be made in full before the syndicate tickets are purchased.
- All payments are final and non-refundable once the tickets have been purchased.
- We accept payments via Google or Apple Pay, debit or credit card with payment providers such as Stripe and Worldpay.
- If less than 50% of the required tickets are sold, only the first two draw lines will be played.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You can cancel your participation in the syndicate before the ticket purchase has been made. After the tickets have been purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
8. No Guarantee of Winning
- Participation in the Syndicate Lotto Bidding does not guarantee that you will win any prizes. The outcome of lottery draws is random, and no winning odds can be promised.
- We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from participating in the syndicate.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability for any claims or damages arising out of participation in the syndicate is limited to the amount of the participant’s contribution to the syndicate.
- We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the lottery draw results or payment processing.
